Foam Rollers are great for balance exercises, stability exercises, strength training, home exercise, stress reduction, and triggerpoint and myfascial release.
Rollers can be used effectively in many positions - supine, prone, sitting, kneeling, lying on your side, or standing. We recommend all of our patients start rolling their pain away immediately once their conditions are less acute

| Quick Trigger
Point Release With The Theracane |

The Theracane is a great tool we
recommend for our patients for use on painful muscular spots, which
are also known as triggerpoints. These spots anywhere on the body,
including shoulders, groin, gluteals, forearms, etc.
How To Use:
- Place knob of the Theracane on the
painful muscular spot (triggerpoint)
- Gently press knob of the Theracane
into your triggerpoint, keeping the pressure constant and consistent
for 90 secs
- Repeat as necessary until pain has
significantly decreased.

Fascitis Foot Pain With The Stick FootWheel |

The Stick FootWheel is an essential
tool for our patients to utilize at home for those who are suffereing
from foot pain, or who are recovering from foot surgery. This device
helps to soothe tired, achy, and painful feet, and helps to release
triggerpoints and muscle spasms in the muscles of the bottom of
the feet. A great tool for those suffering from plantar fascitis.
How To Use:
- Can be used anytime of the day, especially
at work
- Gently roll the bottom of the foot
for up to 10 minutes at a time. For especially painful spots
apply constant pressure to the spot for 90 secs until the pain
subsides. Repeat as necessary.
- If you are able, apply ice to the bottom
of the foot for 10 minutes after rolling. Make sure the ice
is wrapped in a towel or t-shirt to prevent buring the skin.

The ProStretch is a must have for
our patients to decreasefoot pain, plantar fascial spasm, and achilles
tendonitis and tightness. The ProStretch helps you maintain calf
and foot flexbility, which is necessary for pain-free walking and
standing. This is a great home device for runners, from weekend
warriors to marathon athletes.
How To Use:
- Place either foot into the ProStretch
and flex the foot uwards until a strtch is felt in your calf
muscles. You may have to brace yourself against the wall or
doorway.
- You can do this stretch with the leg
straight or with the knee slightly bent to target different
fibers in your calf muscles and tendons.
- Hold this stretch for 30 seconds and
repeat 1-3 times. Do this stretch on your own at home or at
work 1-3 times daily.
